I’ve recently submitted a policy proposal on Policies for the People, a platform dedicated to fostering discussion on potential policy changes within the U.S.
The New Deal included a Fine Arts Project, aimed at encouraging American art and providing more public art in small towns. There's quite a bit of documentation and exhibits on the web.
