I’m thrilled you are doing this series, to introduce us to a curated collection of works that impress you. I have commented before on the brilliant unparalleled work depicting WW1. We had lost the ability of achieving historical monuments of the past until this work was unveiled, what a masterpiece. I was blown away by the work of Martine Vaugel, again a piece worthy of the Rodin gallery. The mastery of form and excellence of the bronze medium gave me goosebumps, truly. I will research her further. Thank you for curating this collection of promise. Cheers, Lauren

Michael! I love your new website design, and A New Golden Age category could not be more important for introducing and expanding awareness of these beautifully brilliant artists and sculptors who make our minds and spirits soar.

I think @laurenmoir has wonderfully mirrored my feelings in her comments. And I couldn’t agree more with her about Martine Vaugel’s exciting and deeply powerful sculptures.

Thanks Michael, and more cheers to you! 🥂

For me the most beautiful magical parts of the day are pre dawn and twilight after sunset. This sky turns to an enchanting lavender and purple with gold and lit by the lingering light of the sun rays. Abiodun Olaku captures those final moments in his painting @Michael Newberry shares. So beautiful! Thank you Michael! ✨💖

Thank you for sharing the work of these artists. I did know about the WWI memorial. As you know, I live near DC, and my wife and I really want to visit it.
